Sony Electronics Inc. announced the new two new wireless headphones the WF-C500 earbuds and the WH-XB910N headphones. Both models are available for pre-order at Sony Electronic Store, Amazon, and Best Buy, which as different colours.
WF-C500 Earbuds Key Specifications
The WF-C500 true wireless earbuds is an entry-level model based on the price of $99.99 versus $279.99 for the WF-1000XM4 flagship model. However, the technical specifications show that the specifications are quite impressive for a price, which includes IPX4 rating, 10 hours battery life which is on par with the WF-1000XM4. It is great that such specifications are becoming a standard for most earbuds while leaving the bells and whistles to the pro model which is the right way.
When compared to the WF-1000XM4, two of the features missing on the WF-C500 are the bone conductor sensor and Active Noise Cancellation. Most earbuds like the WF-C500 make up for the ANC by applying PNC (Passive Noise Cancellation), by designing an ergonomic casing that fits snugly on the ear.

The WH-XB910N is a wireless over-ear, noise-cancelling headphone with strong bass and long battery life of 30 hours with ANC on. In terms of the price range, the WH-XB910N is priced at the mid-tier and is likely an upgraded model for the WH-XB900N.
It does not have any IP rating at all, so it is best used indoors where there is less chance of exposure to dust, water and rain. For those who insist on bringing these powerful headphone for a road trip, you will find that the foldable design of the WH-XB910N helps to save some space in your bag.
